Will my older relatives actually be able to use this without getting confused?
Yes, absolute simplicity was our first design mandate in Belgaum. There are zero accounts to create, zero passwords to memorize, and zero apps from the App Store or Google Play. Your aunties and uncles simply open their default smartphone camera, tap the link that pops up, and tap the big “Select Photos” button.
Why not just create a Google Drive folder or a WhatsApp Family Group?
WhatsApp compresses photos and videos heavily, degrading gorgeous memories into blurry noise. Google Drive requires every guest to have a linked Google account, run into storage limit warnings, and struggle with folder permissions on mobile browsers. Yaadbox provides instant, zero-friction uploading with 100% original uncompressed quality.
Can guests see everyone else's photos?
No. The guest link only lets people add photos and videos to your box. Viewing the gallery requires a one-time code sent to a phone number you have added as a member, so only the couple and the family you choose can browse it.
When should we order our Yaadbox before the wedding date?
We recommend ordering at least 2 to 3 weeks prior to your first ritual. This gives our studio time to custom-typeset your wedding box, print your high-gsm letterpress QR table cards, and courier the physical kit safely to your home in Belgaum, Goa, Hubli, or anywhere in India.
How do we download all the photos and videos after the celebration ends?
From your couple gallery, request a full archive. We build a neatly structured ZIP containing the original photos and videos, organized into Haldi, Mehendi, Sangeet, and Reception folders, and send you a download link by SMS when it's ready.
